Based on the law of April 22 1941 n. 633 and further updates:  law May 22 n. 128, March 31 2005 n. 43, DDL 861 approved by the Italian Parliament on December 21 2007.

SYNTHETICALLY: intellectual and creative character works belonging to literature, music, figurative arts, architecture, theatre, cinematography, are protected by the effect of this law whatever is the kind or the way of such expression.

Are furthermore protected computer programs as literature works by effect of the Convention of Bern on the literary and artistic works, ratified and made executive with law June 20 1978 n. 399, as well as database banks which by choice or stuff disposition constitute intellectual creation of the author.

SPECIFICALLY: rights related to: layout (templates, themes...), drawings of any format (included: jpeg, png, flash and all the other format), undersigned texts, plans, belong to X3M STUDIO (Ivan Perciballi) or respective authors. Copying and playing with any analogic-digital device is prohibited whithout the written approval from the publisher. A copy for strictly personal purpose is allowed only in case it is not going to be improperly used and/or it is not going to be offensive against people or material thing.  Citations for report, study, critics or review purposes are also allowed if complete of the article's author name and the source "X3M Studio" including the web address string "http://www.x3mstudio.org" or "www.x3mstudio.org".
The publisher reserves the non exclusive right  to reproduce texts in other pubblications connected to X3M Studio.
